Standard Shipping Rates:

0 – 150g: $6.90 (Please note: this does not include needles)
151g – 400g: $9.90
401g – 1000g: $13.90
1kg and over: $18.00

Rural Delivery: Add $5.70 (includes Post Office Box addresses).
All parcels are sent via New Zealand Post. Courier service is available on request — additional charges may apply.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide!

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your parcel and the destination country.
If you’d like to confirm the shipping cost before your order is sent, please contact us — we’re happy to help you find the best option.

Please allow 1–3 weeks for delivery outside of New Zealand. Please note that this timeframe is out of our control.

Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right:

You may return goods within 7 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Items must be returned in original condition, along with your invoice copy and a note explaining the reason for return.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
